  Poor customer service. Unfriendly. Were not helpful, but loved charging me fees. My Grandma passed away with money in their account, some of which was in a trust for me. They charged me fees for an account that wasn't even in my name and I didn't have access to. The staff was unpleasantness to try and work with. Now they have transferred my money to their sister branch which is putting my money in limbo for 2 months before I can even talk to this other company. Then today, about a month after they told me my account was being transferred I received another bill from them. So they can't help me with the account because they don't have it but they are sending me bills! I would recommend going somewhere with better customer service. Don't make your loved ones deal with something like this after they lose someone they love so much
